• 3 –10+ years of experience in fintech / digital wallet / payments
• Direct experience working at or with a leading Vietnam e-wallet (e.g., MoMo, ZaloPay, Viettel Money, ShopeePay Vietnam)
• Proven track record in scaling users and/or merchant networks
• Strong understanding of QR payments, agent networks, and super app ecosystems
