1. Prepare and manage production plans based on customer orders, sales forecasts, and production capacity.

จัดทำและควบคุมแผนการผลิตตามคำสั่งซื้อของลูกค้า ยอดพยากรณ์การขาย และกำลังการผลิต

1. Coordinate with Sales, Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, and QA teams to ensure smooth production and on-time delivery.

ประสานงานกับฝ่ายขาย ฝ่ายผลิต คลังสินค้า จัดซื้อ และ QA เพื่อให้การผลิตเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่นและส่งมอบได้ตรงเวลา

1. Monitor production progress and adjust production schedules when necessary to meet delivery targets.

ติดตามความคืบหน้าการผลิต และปรับแผนการผลิตตามความเหมาะสมเพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายการส่งมอบ

1. Check material availability and coordinate with related departments to prevent material shortages or production delays.

ตรวจสอบความพร้อมของวัตถุดิบ และประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อป้องกันการขาดแคลนวัตถุดิบหรือความล่าช้าในการผลิต

1. Analyze production capacity, manpower, machine availability, and lead time to support effective production planning.

วิเคราะห์กำลังการผลิต กำลังคน ความพร้อมของเครื่องจักร และระยะเวลาการผลิต เพื่อสนับสนุนการวางแผนการผลิตอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

1. Prepare daily production plans, reports, and related documents.

จัดทำแผนการผลิตรายวัน รายงาน และเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง

1. Follow up on urgent orders, delivery schedules, and production issues, and propose solutions to minimize delays.

ติดตามคำสั่งซื้อเร่งด่วน กำหนดการส่งมอบ และปัญหาการผลิต พร้อมเสนอแนวทางแก้ไขเพื่อลดความล่าช้า

1. Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods to support production and delivery plans.

ติดตามระดับสินค้าคงคลังของวัตถุดิบ งานระหว่างผลิต และสินค้าสำเร็จรูป เพื่อสนับสนุนแผนการผลิตและการส่งมอบ

1. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or management.

ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากหัวหน้างานหรือฝ่ายบริหาร

Qualifications: ไม่จำกัดเพศ / Open to all genders Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields. วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ การจัดการการผลิต โลจิสติกส์ การจัดการซัพพลายเชน บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; candidates with 1 years of experience in production planning, production control, or supply chain will be given special consideration. ยินดีพิจารณาผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาใหม่ และผู้ที่มีประสบการณ์ 1 ปี ด้านการวางแผนการผลิต การควบคุมการผลิต หรือซัพพลายเชน จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ Knowledge of production planning, material control, inventory management, production capacity, and lead time management. มีความรู้ด้านการวางแผนการผลิต การควบคุมวัตถุดิบ การจัดการสินค้าคงคลัง กำลังการผลิต และการบริหารระยะเวลาการผลิต Able to work with Sales, Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, and QA teams to support production and delivery schedules. สามารถทำงานร่วมกับฝ่ายขาย ฝ่ายผลิต คลังสินค้า จัดซื้อ และ QA เพื่อสนับสนุนแผนการผลิตและกำหนดการส่งมอบ Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with ERP/MRP systems will be an advantage. สามารถใช้ Microsoft Office ได้ดี โดยเฉพาะ Excel หากมีประสบการณ์ใช้ระบบ ERP/MRP จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ Responsible, detail-oriented, able to work under pressure, and able to follow up on urgent tasks. มีความรับผิดชอบ ละเอียดรอบคอบ สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดัน และติดตามงานเร่งด่วนได้ Good command of English is preferred; Chinese language ability is an advantage. สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ และหากสามารถใช้ภาษาจีนได้จะเป็นข้อได้เปรียบ
