RnD Formulation Specialist

WE'RE HIRING: R&D FORMULATION SPECIALIST (FLAVOUR & LIQUID DEVELOPMENT)

Are you passionate about product innovation, flavour development, and formulation research? We're looking for an R&D Formulation Specialist who enjoys experimenting with ingredients, developing liquid formulations, and turning research into innovative product solutions. If you have a background in Food Technology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a related scientific field, and hands-on experience in formulation or product development, we'd love to hear from you!

What will you do?

• Conduct research and development activities related to flavour development and liquid product formulation.
• Develop, formulate, and experiment with different flavour profiles and liquid compositions.
• Perform laboratory experiments, formulation trials, and product evaluations.
• Research and evaluate raw materials, ingredients, flavour compounds, and their characteristics.
• Conduct formulation testing and analysis to evaluate product quality, consistency, and stability.
• Document formulation processes, laboratory results, testing procedures, and R&D findings.
• Identify opportunities for product improvement and formulation innovation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support product development initiatives.
• Stay updated on relevant scientific research, formulation techniques, ingredients, and industry developments.
• Support product quality and safety assessments in accordance with applicable standards and regulatory requirements.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, or a related scientific discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in R&D, Formulation, Product Development, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in liquid formulation, flavour development, ingredient blending, or product formulation.
• Good understanding of food chemistry, flavour compounds, raw materials, and ingredient properties.
• Familiar with laboratory experiments, formulation trials, product testing, and analytical methods.
• Strong research, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to maintain accurate laboratory records, formulation documentation, and technical reports.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
• Candidates from F&B, FMCG, Flavour & Fragrance, Pharmaceutical, Cosmetics, or Chemical Manufacturing industries are welcome.
• Experience in vape or e-liquid product development is an advantage, but not mandatory.
