Job Summary

Valero Developments is seeking an experienced Finance Manager with a strong background in the real estate development sector to oversee the company's financial operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, manage cash flow, and support strategic financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the company's overall financial operations, accounting activities, and financial reporting.
• Develop and monitor annual budgets, financial forecasts, and business plans.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to ensure efficient financial management.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, expenses, and financial performance across real estate developments.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial requirements.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, treasury, and general ledger activities.
• Monitor project profitability, cost control, and budget variances.
• Coordinate with banks, external auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions.
• Establish and improve financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support management decisions.
• Lead, supervise, and develop the finance and accounting team.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting, including at least 3–5 years in a managerial position.
• Mandatory experience in the Real Estate Development sector.
• Strong knowledge of real estate project accounting, budgeting, cash flow management, and cost control.
• Solid understanding of financial reporting, taxation, and applicable accounting standards.
• Experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Very good command of English.
• Professional certifications such as CMA, CPA, or ACCA are preferred.
