Villa Supervisor

Unik Villa Management is currently seeking a friendly, well-presented, and service-oriented Villa Supervisor to join our team. This position plays an important role in ensuring that guests enjoy a seamless and memorable stay, Job Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out
• Serve as the main contact person for guests throughout their staff
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and operational teams
• Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests
• Provide local recommendations and personalized service
• Address guest feedback or complaints professionally
• Report daily activities and issues to management

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality or Villa Supervisor
• Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Neat appearance, courteous and professional demeanor
• Friendly, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Bali-based (preferably near Uluwatu)
