- Coordination of cargos and managed shipments regional particularly Vietnam
- Handling Forwarders and Managing all logistics operations requirements
- Resolve issues pertaining all logistics operations
- Manage transportation and delivery schedules
- Prepare shipping and logistics documentation
- Coordinate with suppliers, customers, freight forwarders, and transporters
- Monitor inventory and warehouse operations
- Handle delivery issues, delays, and discrepancies
- Negotiate or coordinate freight and transportation arrangements
- Maintain accurate logistics records and reports
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and customs/shipping requirements
- Monitor logistics costs and identify ways to improve efficiency to improve efficiency
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, warehouse, or operations
- Experience coordinating shipments, deliveries, collections, and transportation
- Knowledge of inventory and warehouse operations
- Familiarity with logistics documents such as Delivery Orders, Purchase Orders, invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other office software
- Experience using ERP (Epicor) is an advantage
- Able to coordinate with suppliers, customers, transporters, freight forwarders, and warehouse teams
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Able to work under pressure and meet delivery deadlines
