- Monitor students’ progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Create a positive, interactive, and supportive learning environment.
- Participate in training sessions and professional development activities.
- A Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Languages, or a related field.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Knowledge of communicative language teaching and student-centered methodologies.
- Good lesson-planning, assessment, and time-management skills.
- Previous teaching experience is preferred.
- TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, TKT, or equivalent certifications are an advantage.
