In-House Lawyer

We are currently looking for the In-House Lawyer. Maybe its you?

OUR EXPECTATIONS:

• University degree in Law (preferably civil law).
• Active law practice of at least 5 years.
• Very good knowledge of civil law.
• Fluent in English (both verbal and written communication).
• Commercial awareness and ability to resolve legal issues quickly and effectively.
• Problem solving attitude and pro-active thinking.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Cooperation with team members, providing legal assistance on various questions.
• Drafting and review of various types of contracts.
• Participation in the meetings of corporate bodies.
• Drafting claims and letters.
• Implementation of regulatory changes in the field of corporate matters.
• Consulting colleagues on various legal questions.
• Supervision of administrative and legal documentation within the company.
