Growth & CRM Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Growth & CRM Marketing Specialist to support eSkolos.lt in Lithuania, Ewindik.pl in Poland and Atgustinaudu.lv, which we plan to grow more actively in Latvia in 2027, while strengthening our shared Online platform. This independent mid-level role combines hands-on CRM marketing, customer-journey analysis and coordination of external specialists to increase qualified applications, signed agreements and repeat customers.

Main responsibilities

Plan and execute CRM campaigns across email, SMS and other available channels. Build and improve automated customer journeys from registration completion to repeat use and reactivation. Segment customers, run A/B tests and analyse campaign performance. Coordinate agreed activities with external performance-marketing and SEO specialists, following up on deadlines and results. Prepare insights on traffic, application quality and conversion, and recommend funnel improvements. Work with Sales, Marketing, Design and IT team members across all markets.

What we expect

2–4 years of experience in CRM, digital or growth marketing. Hands-on experience with email campaigns, audience segmentation or automated communication journeys. Practical experience with Omnisend or a similar CRM platform, reporting in Power BI or Looker Studio, and using Hotjar. Ability to analyse data, with a working understanding of paid acquisition, SEO, GA4 and conversion measurement. Ability to prepare clear briefs, coordinate external partners and follow through on deadlines. Professional English. Lithuanian is required for the Lithuania-based role; Polish would be an advantage.

Nice to have Experience in financial, legal or B2B services, SME marketing or multi-market operations.
