Salary range:  Base monthly salary ranges from professional to principal level 4000 - 7000€ + additional bonus based on your customer invoicing.

The data platforms behind Finland’s largest organizations

Data engineering is changing because of AI. The platforms we build are becoming the foundation that AI agents depend on, which raises the bar on governance, data quality, and how much people can trust what comes out.

Over the next few years AI will reshape how data engineers explore data, write transformations, and move from a question to a working solution. We are looking for data experts to join us, who want to drive that change at some of Finland’s largest organizations, not wait it out.

We’re hiring across the range. Some of our engineers are a few years into their careers and want to grow fast. Others are principals who lead the architecture and set the technical direction.

Twoday holds top-tier partnerships across Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft and AWS. For a data engineer that means real vendor access, early sight of new platform capabilities , and certification backing when a project calls for it. It also means projects with enough depth to keep getting better.
