About the company
Two Birds Crafted Interiors is looking for an experienced, organized, and motivated Production & Operations Manager to lead our woodworking shop and oversee the successful execution of our custom interior projects.
We specialize in custom cabinetry, built-ins, interior doors, decorative beams, feature walls, and architectural millwork.

Your tasks
What You'll Do:
- Plan and prepare projects for manufacturing, including drawings, material lists, and production requirements.
- Manage daily shop operations and lead our production team.
- Coordinate material ordering, production schedules, and installations.
- Ensure projects are completed efficiently, on time, and to our quality standards.
- Monitor labour hours, identify bottlenecks, and improve production workflows.
- Work closely with ownership to keep projects organized and moving forward.
This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who enjoys both planning projects and being actively involved on the shop floor.
You'll have the opportunity to take ownership of production operations and play a key role in the growth of our company.
Requirements
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in cabinetry, custom millwork, or woodworking.
- Previous shop supervision or production management experience.
- Strong understanding of woodworking construction, materials, and shop drawings.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Someone who takes initiative, anticipates challenges, and keeps a team on track.
Education
- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)
- Construction: 2 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification
- Driving Licence (required)
What we offer
Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour
