Spa Therapist

Responsibilities:

Client Care and Treatments:

Perform advanced massages, such as deep tissue, Swedish, and hot stone therapies. Administer specialized body treatments like scrubs and wraps. Conduct detailed skin and body consultations to assess client needs. Recommend home-care products and additional spa services to clients. Maintain accurate and confidential treatment records for all guests.

Leadership and Mentorship:

Train and guide junior spa therapists on techniques and service standards. Act as a role model to foster teamwork and high morale. Provide departmental orientation to newly recruited team members. Report any operational issues or training needs to the Six Senses Spa Management or supervisor.

Operations and Hygiene:

Ensure treatment rooms are impeccably clean, safe, and hygienic. Check and set up daily operations according to brand standards. Monitor product usage and help manage inventory stock levels. Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints with professionalism.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification of Diploma. 2 years of previous experience in a similar role. Be Able to perform four(4) varieties of Spa Therapy Procedures (body scrub, body massage, waxing, and manicure/pedicure) safely and comfortably. Maintain equipment and sample inventory of products.
