*Overview* We are seeking a detail-oriented Admin Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our AP/AR processes, including invoicing customers, managing paperwork, data entry, and resolving issues while optimizing costs and maintaining quality. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

*Responsibilities*

  • Maintain accurate shipment records.
  • Communicating with internal teams, external partners, and customers to resolve issues and provide updates.
  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with suppliers, carriers, and customers.
  • Preparing customs and assisting with obtaining paperwork after loads have moved.
  • Creating invoices, managing filing systems, and maintaining accurate order records using Prosoft
  • Receive payments from customers and apply to accounts in the system; confirm payment details with customers as necessary.
  • Monthly processing of accounts receivable statements and distribution to customers.
  • Liaise with A/P teams to ensure prompt processing of invoices.
  • Accounting administration ? billing, set up assistance, process support & internal document posting.
  • Credit apps
  • Monthly CGC and Levy reporting
  • The candidate should be comfortable with tasks outside of the core responsibilities

*Experience*

  • Strong data analysis skills to interpret logistics data effectively.
  • Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes, including customs regulations if applicable.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with specialized logistics software is advantageous.

Pay: $40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
