ABOUT THE TEAM

Corporate IT at Trade Republic ensures that our colleagues can work securely, reliably, and efficiently every day. We manage devices, identity, access control, SaaS tooling, automation, and operational IT processes across multiple countries and locations.From onboarding a new hire to securing access across systems, from hardware logistics to IT compliance — our team sits right at the intersection of technology, operations, and security. Now we’re looking for two Working Students to join our Corporate IT team and grow with us.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Supporting laptop and device lifecycle (setup, allocation, offboarding)

Assisting with onboarding and access provisioning

Helping document IT processes and workflows

Supporting SaaS tools like Google Workspace, Okta, Jamf, Slack, Jira, etc.

Assisting with audits, compliance checks, and IT inventory

Helping with improvements and small automation tasks

Coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders

IT operations support for Berlin office and international locations

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Enrolled as a student (IT, engineering, business informatics, or similar)

Curious about how IT works in a real company

Reliable, structured, and proactive

Comfortable learning new tools and processes

Willing to ask questions and take ownership

Able to work in English (German is a plus, not mandatory)
