Process Quality Improvement (สื่อสารภาษาจีน)

1.Process Management: Troubleshoot potential risks in the process, and monitor, research, and implement fool-proofing/process control measures.

2.Management by Results: Based on poor OQA (Outgoing Quality Assurance) inspection results or negative market feedback, determine the direction of process improvement and study the improvement plan with FAD/IE/PE.

3.Collaboration with Engineering: Cooperate with the engineering unit to control the actual production efficiency of new machines.

4.Meeting Participation: Participate in major anomaly review meetings for all production lines and track the effectiveness of corrective measures.

5.Training and Development: Develop a training plan for analytical repair/FAI (First Article Inspection) personnel and lead the continuous improvement of their basic skills.

6.Production Support: Assist production lines in investigating and analyzing typical MWD (Manufacturing Workstation Defects) problems in the market.

Qualifications: Experience in Process Quality Improvement is required. Can communicate in English or Chinese. We welcome applicants of all genders and ages.
