Technical Engineer

1. Prepare documentation and monitor fabrication sequences for engineering projects.
2. Study and provide guidance on improving projects (specifically for projects with PO values exceeding 1M THB).
3. Summarize progress and support shop management for projects with PO values over 1M THB.
4. Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure alignment and timely support for production.
5. Improve work processes according to departmental requirements (KAIZEN activities).
6. Comply regularly with company policies regarding quality, occupational health, safety, and environment.
7. Manage project risks and control overall costs (including Cost Reduction initiatives).
8. Focus on NCR (Non-Conformance Report) reduction.

Qualifications: Male or Female, 25 years old and over Education: Vocational Certificate or bachelor's degree in related fields Moderate proficiency in English and Japanese communication. Proficient in reading drawings and using AutoCAD software Proficient in Microsoft Office programs Ability to work well under pressure
