Berthoud High School is seeking a Head Theater Director to lead our spring & fall theater productions. This is an extra-duty, paid stipend position responsible for overseeing the full life cycle of the spring show, from selection through strike. You will be supported by in-building staff members assisting across music, production, and logistics.

Key Responsibilities

Show Selection & Planning: Choose an appropriate spring production and establish the overall artistic vision.

Scheduling & Rehearsals: Set audition dates, manage regular rehearsal schedules, and direct the production.

Production Logistics & Strike: Direct tech week, manage performance logistics, and oversee post-show strike.

Team Collaboration: Coordinate with available assistant staff.
