HR Director

We’re looking for an experienced HR director to lead our people strategy, build scalable HR frameworks, and drive organizational growth within a fast-growing company.

Requirements

10+ years of HR experience.

Proven experience in an HR director/Head of HR/Senior HR leadership role.

Strong expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, HR operations, and organizational development.

Proven ability to build HR strategies, systems, and processes from the ground up.

Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law, compliance, and HR best practices.

Excellent English and Arabic communication skills.

SHRM or HRCI certifications are a plus.

Key responsibilities

Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals.

Lead end-to-end recruitment strategies across all business functions.

Build and enhance HR policies, procedures, and employee frameworks.

Design and implement performance management and employee development strategies.

Drive employee engagement and build a strong company culture.

Oversee employee relations and ensure compliance with labor regulations.

Partner with leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and business growth.

Analyze HR metrics and insights to support strategic decision-making.
