Job Summary
Provide friendly and attentive service to guests in a fast-paced restaurant environment, accurately taking orders, serving food and beverages promptly, and maintaining cleanliness to ensure a smooth dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and deliver attentive, friendly service to enhance their dining experience
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and serve them promptly to guests
- Explain menu items clearly and offer recommendations to assist guests in making choices
- Set up tables and maintain cleanliness in dining areas throughout service
- Address guests’ requests and feedback professionally to ensure satisfaction
- Assist with opening and closing tasks to prepare and close the restaurant efficiently
- Collaborate closely with kitchen and service teams to maintain smooth daily operations
- Adhere strictly to hygiene, safety, and service standards to ensure a safe environment
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Prior experience working in a food and beverage or restaurant environment
- Ability to communicate effectively and work well within a team
- Capacity to perform well in a fast-paced work setting
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Friendly, responsible, and service-oriented attitude
- Openness to receive training provided for suitable candidates
