WE’RE HIRING BAR MANAGER
The Ants Pants Restaurant Location: Uluwatu, Bali
We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Bar Manager who knows great drinks, great service, and how to bring a team together, ready to lead our bar team and take our beverage program to the next level.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily bar operations and the bar team
- Develop and maintain cocktails & beverage menus
- Ensure consistency in quality, presentation & service
- Manage beverage cost, inventory & stock control
- Train and develop bartenders & barbacks
- Drive beverage sales and deliver an excellent guest experience
- Maintain bar SOPs, standards & compliance
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Bar Manager / Bar Supervisor / Senior Bartender role
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits & beverage operations
- Good understanding of beverage cost & inventory
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Hands-on, organized, and guest-focused
- Good English communication skills
