Your tasks
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Contact potential customers and follow up on leads and appointments.
- Achieve monthly KPIs and sales targets.
- Build positive relationships with customers.
- Maintain accurate customer records and call information.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience while maximizing sales opportunities.
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Previous Call Center experience is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Ability to work rotational shifts.
- A positive attitude and target-driven mindset.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
What we offer
- Fixed Monthly Salary: EGP 15,000
- Monthly KPI Bonus: EGP 3,000

- Shift 1: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Shift 2: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Shift 3: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Shift 4: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Male Candidates Only)
