Part time Senior Fire Safety Manager

Job Description: Conduct monthly fire safety inspections and prepare inspection reports. Ensure compliance with SCDF fire safety regulations. Review and update the Emergency Response Plan(ERP). Organise fire drills, tabletop exercises, and fire safety training. Monitor and improve fire safety and emergency response procedures. Advise management on fire safety compliance and best practices. Liaise with SCDF on fire safety matters. Prepare and submit annual fire safety reports. Support the Company's Emergency Response Team(CERT). Report fire incidents and ensure statutory compliance. Requirements: Must be a  registered Senior Fire Safety Manager (FSM) . Must be eligible for appointment as the  Senior FSM  for Tier 1 and Tier 3 premises. Familiar with  SCDF fire safety regulations, scope, and requirements . Able to oversee fire safety compliance. Strong knowledge of Singapore fire safety legislation and statutory compliance.
