General Laborer

Join Hellas, a TenCate Company, headquartered in Austin, TX, is a nationwide specializing in sports facility construction. We manufacture, install, resurface artificial turfs, and synthetic surfaces while completing the design from start to finish. Hellas is looking for a skilled General Laborer to join our team and increase our national presence in the Austin/West Texas area. MUST BE OPEN TO TRAVEL 100% OF THE TIME MUST HAVE CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE IN THE LAST YEAR Key Responsibilities Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing areas, setting up, and organizing materials. Load, unload, and transport construction materials. Perform basic construction duties such as digging, leveling, and mixing materials. Follow safety guidelines and regulations to maintain a safe work environment and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. Clean and maintain job sites, ensuring they are tidy and organized for the next phase of construction. Operate and maintain hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently. Qualifications MUST BE OPEN TO TRAVEL 100% OF THE TIME Must have reliable transportation. Valid Driver's License Minimum of 1 year of recent construction experience working outdoors. High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials, and working in various weather conditions. Basic knowledge of construction practices and tools; ability to follow instructions and regulations on the job site. Strong work ethic, punctuality, and dependable attitude.
