BIM Architect

& Designer — TEMPO ARCHITECTS

TEMPO Architects is looking for a BIM Architect to join our team in 6th of October City. You'll work across the full project lifecycle — developing and managing BIM models from concept through to completed documentation — on residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects for developers across Egypt and the wider region.

This is a hands-on design role, not a modelling-only position. You'll shape the architecture as well as document it, coordinating closely with our structural, MEP, and interior teams to keep models accurate, coordinated, and buildable.

What you'll do: Develop and manage BIM models throughout the project lifecycle, maintaining accuracy and consistency

Carry architectural design from concept through Design Development to working drawings

Produce exterior and interior design solutions that hold up at both concept and detail level

Coordinate models across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines and resolve clashes early

Maintain BIM standards, templates, and families across projects

Prepare drawing sets and documentation to construction-issue quality

Ensure compliance with architectural standards, building codes, and project specifications.

Skills & Technologies: You will be leveraging your strong foundation in Architecture , Engineering , and BIM methodologies . Proficiency in Revit and other 3D Modeling software like AutoCAD is essential. Experience in Project Coordination and understanding of Construction Management principles will be key to your success.

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• 4–6 years of professional experience
• Proficiency in Revit is a must
• Proven ability to take architectural design from concept to completion
• Strong capability across both exterior and interior design
• Solid experience in Design Development and working drawings
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
• Good coordination skills across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines
