Monitor daily inventory levels, product availability, and stock movement across Tawfeer’s warehouses.

Analyze sales trends, product demand, stock coverage, and inventory turnover to determine replenishment requirements.

Prepare and execute regular reordering and purchasing plans based on sales performance, stock levels, lead times, and business needs.

Determine appropriate order quantities and reorder timing to maintain optimal inventory levels.

Create and follow up on purchase orders and ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.

Coordinate with suppliers regarding product availability, quantities, prices, delivery schedules, and order status.

Follow up on delayed or incomplete deliveries and take the necessary corrective actions.

Monitor out-of-stock, low-stock, and overstocked items and proactively address potential inventory issues.

Review supplier prices and purchasing terms and highlight opportunities for better commercial conditions.

Coordinate with the Buying, Category Management, Warehouse, Finance, and Commercial teams to ensure smooth purchasing and replenishment operations.

Monitor product performance and identify slow-moving, fast-moving, and high-demand SKUs.

Support purchasing decisions through analysis of historical sales, current inventory, and expected demand.

Maintain accurate purchasing, supplier, product, and inventory data.

Prepare regular reports covering purchasing activities, stock availability, replenishment status, and inventory performance.

Identify opportunities to improve purchasing and replenishment processes and reduce inventory-related costs.

Ensure compliance with Tawfeer’s purchasing procedures and approval processes.

Perform other purchasing and inventory-related tasks as assigned by management.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field .

1–3 years of experience in buying, purchasing, replenishment, inventory control, supply chain, or a similar role.

Experience in FMCG, e-commerce, retail, or distribution is highly preferred.

Strong analytical and numerical skills with excellent attention to detail.

Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and data analysis.

Good understanding of purchasing, inventory management, replenishment, and stock planning .

Strong negotiation and supplier communication skills.

Excellent follow-up and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple SKUs, suppliers, and purchase orders simultaneously.

Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
