Process Engineer (SMT)

-Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities and new model launches. -Review customer requirements, specifications, and engineering documents. -Coordinate project implementation from kick-off to mass production. -Develop and maintain process flow, control plans, and manufacturing documentation. -Evaluate and improve production processes, tools, jigs, and equipment. -Analyze process issues and implement corrective actions to improve quality and productivity. -Support ECN/PCN implementation and engineering changes. -Work closely with Production, Quality, and Customer teams to ensure project success. -Participate in continuous improvement and cost reduction activities.

Qualifications: Male - Female Age range: 22-35 years old Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. Experience in SMT manufacturing or electronics industry is preferred. Knowledge of NPI, process development, and manufacturing engineering. Familiar with ECN/PCN, Control Plan, PFMEA, and process validation. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Able to use Microsoft Office. Knowledge of IATF 16949 requirements is an advantage. Good communication and teamwork skills. No color blindness.
