Responsibilities Use Xero software to record and manage financial transactions accurately for bookkeeping purposes Perform simple bookkeeping tasks to maintain up-to-date financial records for the company Process customer orders received via WhatsApp, email, and phone to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment Issue invoices promptly and accurately to customers to facilitate payment collection Conduct stock taking regularly to maintain accurate inventory records and support supply management Work a 5-day work week to support daily business operations - (9am - 5pm)
