Project Manager

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience as Project Manager / Project Coordinator.
• Experience in software & hardware implementation projects.
• Experience in property, tenant management, or utility management is preferred.
• Strong project planning, coordination, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Willing to work Full WFO.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor project implementation from start to completion.
• Manage project timeline, scope, resources, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients.
• Monitor software & hardware implementation activities.
• Identify project risks, issues, and follow up on resolutions.
• Prepare project progress reports and documentation.
• Ensure project deliverables meet agreed requirements and timeline.
