Product Manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Business Analyst, or a similar role in the financial services, banking, fintech, or securities industry.
• Strong understanding of capital market products, securities trading, investment platforms, or wealth management services (Crypto, Reksadana, Obligasi, etc).
• Experience managing the product lifecycle from ideation, requirements gathering, development, testing, launch, and post-launch optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, UX/UI, Operations, Compliance, and Business stakeholders.
• Familiarity with digital product metrics, user journey analysis, and product performance monitoring.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Gather and prioritize business and user requirements to enhance digital investment and trading platforms.
• Collaborate with development teams to deliver product features on time and within scope.
• Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to identify improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure successful product delivery.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and security requirements.
• Analyze product KPIs and recommend initiatives to improve user experience, adoption, and business outcomes.
