Sales Marketing

Aufgaben

1. Develop and maintain relationships with architects, designers, contractors, property developers, and dealers.
2. Present the company’s decorative building materials, arrange samples and product demonstrations, and promote product specification and selection.
3. Follow up on quotations, orders, and construction projects; coordinate with internal teams to achieve sales targets.
4. Support social media content, project case studies, and marketing activities, and follow up on online inquiries and potential customers.
5. Regularly report on customer development, project progress, and market information.

Anforderungen

1. Diploma or higher, with at least 2 years of business development experience. Experience in building materials, coatings, or interior decoration is preferred.
2. Good product presentation, communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
3. Fluent in Thai with basic English communication skills.
4. Familiar with social media platforms. Skills in Canva, CapCut, or content creation are an advantage.
5. Proactive, responsible, and able to plan work independently and follow tasks through to completion.
6. Own a car and hold a valid driver’s license; available for customer visits and occasional upcountry travel.
