Estimation Engineer – Civil & Architectural

Job Purpose: Prepare accurate civil and architectural estimates, quantity take-offs, BOQs, and tender pricing for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review architectural, structural, and civil drawings and specifications.
• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and BOQs.
• Prepare material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor cost estimates.
• Analyze project specifications and scope of work.
• Obtain and evaluate supplier/subcontractor quotations.
• Prepare tender pricing and cost breakdowns.
• Coordinate with Design, Procurement, Commercial, and MEP teams.
• Identify scope gaps, discrepancies, exclusions, and commercial risks.
• Support tender submissions and clarification processes.
• Maintain cost databases and historical project rates.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 5–7 years of construction estimation experience.
• Strong knowledge of civil and architectural works.
• Excellent quantity take-off and BOQ preparation skills.
• Good understanding of construction materials and methodologies.
• Strong Excel and AutoCAD skills.
• Experience with estimation software is an advantage.
• Good analytical and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge with Estimation techniques.
