📍 Pioneer / Multiple Site location 💰 Salary: SGD 4,500 🕒 Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM 📌 May be required to stay back for critical project works

✅ Requirements:

• Strong experience in electrical construction projects
• Proven experience in project costing, budgeting, material control, and manpower planning
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Able to manage multiple projects/tasks and work independently

📝 Job Scope:

• Plan and manage electrical construction projects from start to completion
• Define project scope, schedules, manpower, materials, and resources
• Coordinate project teams, subcontractors, clients, and other stakeholders
• Prepare project costing and monitor labour, material, and overall project budget
• Monitor daily project progress and ensure milestones are achieved on schedule
• Identify project risks and resolve site/project issues promptly
• Control material usage, procurement requirements, and project resources
• Conduct team meetings and ensure responsibilities are clearly assigned
• Maintain regular communication with clients and provide project updates
• Implement quality control to ensure works meet project specifications and client requirements
• Adjust project plans and resources when required to keep projects on track
