Aufgaben

As well as our 2 culinary offerings, we cater for meetings and events whilst hosting elite sports teams, along with bespoke celebrations.

• Vorbereitung von Zutaten (z.B. Gemüse schneiden, Fleisch portionieren)

• Lagerung und Kontrolle von Lebensmitteln

Anforderungen

• You bring 5–7 years of recruiting experience, ideally in an online, digital or tech environment.
• You have strong end-to-end recruiting and active sourcing experience. You are confident working with senior managers and stakeholders, comfortable challenging assumptions and bringing your own perspective to the table.
• You have excellent attention to detail and a strong process mindset - you work in a structured and reliable way and care about getting the details right.
• You proactively identify gaps in our recruiting processes, bring forward ideas for improvements, and take ownership of making them happen.
• You bring curiosity and openness towards AI, new tools and new ways of working.
• You bring in an honest and direct communication style with fluency in German and English, combined with empathy, flexibility and a good sense of humor.
• A collaborative mindset – you’re happy to give feedback, receive it openly and learn from each other.
• Own the end-to-end hiring process across Product & Technology and our business functions.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leaders, building trusted relationships and keeping communication open, honest and proactive.
• Actively source talent, especially for roles with specific or hard-to-find profiles.
• Create a smooth, transparent and genuinely positive candidate experience.
• Use AI and recruiting tools to make sourcing and hiring smarter, faster and more effective.
• Be an active part of our People team – supporting each other, sharing knowledge and giving open and constructive feedback so we can grow together.
