Marketing & Sales Officer

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing campaigns to attract new participants. Manage social media accounts and create engaging content. Promote programs through flyers, events, and community outreach. Conduct direct sales activities, including door-to-door engagement in the neighbourhood. Build and maintain relationships with schools, parents, and community groups. Track and report on marketing and sales performance.

Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with digital marketing and social media management. Passionate, proactive, and results-driven. Comfortable with direct outreach and community engagement. Ability to work independently and take initiative. Prior experience in sales, sports, or education is an advantage.
