Process Engineer, Metrology (JR13525)

YOUR ROLE  The metrology process operations engineer is responsible for overseeing and optimizing metrology processes in a manufacturing environment. The engineer ensures accurate measurement and calibration of metrology equipment. Responsibilities include: Create new product recipes for thickness and CD Develop Metrology tool crisis plans Collaborate with Production, Process and Equipment owners to develop tool downtime mitigation plans Manage a team of Metrology technicians Support and follow-up on activities related to capacity, production moves, and cycle time & out-put YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES Bachelor’s degree in engineering, materials science, or a related field or Diploma with 5 years of working experience in relevant field Experience in metrology process operations in a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of measurement systems, calibration techniques, and industry standards. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
