• Prepare work for the loading team by getting loading lists ready according to priority.
• Prepare inbound work by providing the correct labels and documentation.
• Maintain contact with drivers, shunters, and colleagues.
• Draw up and monitor the dock planning.
• Identify and resolve disruptions and deviations.
• Monitor daily logistics processes.
• Support team leaders in operational management.
• Contribute to a safe, tidy, and efficient working environment.

Job Requirements

MBO level of education and working/thinking ability. You stay calm under pressure and switch quickly between different tasks. You communicate clearly and enjoy working together. You think in solutions and take initiative. You are service-oriented and feel responsible for the operation. You speak Dutch and/or English well. You are willing to work in a 3-shift system: 07:00 - 16:00 and 16:00 - 01:00 and 22:00 - 07:00.

Employment conditions

• A direct contract with STEF with a one-year contract and the prospect of a permanent contract.
• A salary in line with the TLN collective labor agreement for professional freight transport.
• Irregularity allowances according to the collective labor agreement (13.75% for 3 shifts).
