Position Overview SteerBridge is seeking an ETC Practitioner to lead and manage the transition of multiple, overlapping Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) facilities to a state of long-term sustainment as part of a large-scale electronic health record (EHR) system deployment under the VA EHRM SISS program.

This role drives the planning, execution, and coordination of assigned projects, initiatives, and efforts, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and budgets . The ETC Practitioner serves as the primary point of contact for their work efforts, facilitating partnerships, collaboration, and communication among technical teams, clinical stakeholders, site leadership, senior management, and vendors.

This individual oversees post-deployment readiness and post-deployment operations across stakeholder groups for assigned VA medical facilities, ensuring alignment with standardized processes.

This is a hybrid position based in Vienna, VA , requiring travel up to 50% to provide onsite support at assigned VA medical facilities.

Key Responsibilities Communicate routinely with key stakeholders, including facility leadership teams, to provide updates, address challenges, and maintain momentum on work products

Cultivate trusted relationships across organizations (client, vendor, and internal) to ensure seamless management of post-deployment readiness and operations activities

Develop deep knowledge of the client's practices, policies, templates, resources, and other processes to effectively carry out activities within the role's purview

Prepare work products such as data analysis, slide decks, written materials, and other documentation to inform decision-making and drive progress

Manage schedules of events and activities, including prerequisite tasks for each

Identify and escalate risks to project goals, task completion, and timelines

Provide logistical support to prepare for and execute events and activities associated with a standardized timeline

Provide functional support for workflow optimization in post-deployment operations

Provide people management and leadership support

Execute the responsibilities of the role via virtual support and onsite support at assigned VA medical facilities or other locations as deemed necessary; travel up to 50% is required

Preferred Qualifications Experience with healthcare information technology (IT) or health informatics

Experience deploying or supporting sustainment of software on a large-scale basis

Experience with EHR deployments

Demonstrated expertise in workstream domain

Experience with the VA

Past experience with client and/or veteran/military culture

Proficiency with MS Office (including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Teams, Forms) and SharePoint
