The ideal candidate will create fabrication drawings from 3D designs while following CSA drafting standards.What you will do:Produce detailed 2D, fabrication, and assembly drawings based on engineering designs, specifications, and 3D modelsInterpret engineered sketches, schematics and specificationsCollaborate with engineers, project managers, sales, and production to ensure drawings are accurate, complete and constructibleRevise and maintain drawings to reflect design changes, site conditions and customer requirementsAssist with project estimating, including scope review and pricing supportProvide technical support to the sales team during bid preparation What you will bring:Reliable attendance and a positive attitudeStrong work ethic with a willingness to learn internal procedures, estimating processes and costing methodologiesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, project driven environmentStrong organizational and time-managementHigh level of attention to detail and accuracyAnalytical thinking with problem solving capabilitiesWe offer competitive wage and benefits, annual bonus programs and annual wage reviews
