MEP Quantity Surveyor

Job Description

Handle tender works

Prepare RFQs and forward them to relevant subcontractors, suppliers, and agents

Prepare BOMs, analysis reports, and comparative statements

Coordinate with Architectural, Civil, and Structural teams for MEP VO evaluation and submission

Evaluate VOs claimed by MEP subcontractors and suppliers

Prepare and submit MEP monthly claims to the client

Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to secure the best offers

Explore additional MEP resources for materials, subcontractors, and suppliers

Handle ad-hoc matters as assigned by the Commercial Manager necessary for the execution of the project

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in QA/QC, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Minimum 5 years QA/QC experience in the local construction industry

In-depth knowledge of quality management principles and experience with implementing QMS

Proficiency in construction management software and QA/QC documentation tools

Experience in MEP building construction works

BCA CONQUAS/Quality Mark certification is a mandatory

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-pace environment
