Architectural Coordinator / Engineer

Job Description

Interpret contract specifications, architectural standards, and designs for construction

Organise and lead meetings for design and construction; monitor and manage budgets; write reports; and carry out additional administrative duties associated with the projects that are allocated

Oversee architectural planning, consulting coordination, and document control, including tracking sample submissions and drawing approval status

Coordinate, organise and prepare construction and architectural documents and drawings

Oversee architectural projects, communicate with clients and subcontractors regarding architectural issues, and guarantee the highest levels of architectural workmanship

Provide the architectural designers with technical guidance on building requirements

Organize and/or participate in subcontractor and consultant meetings

Requirements

Min diploma in engineering

Min 3 years of construction experience
