Tech support Officer

Responsibilities:

Assist with API integration tasks and backend implementation activities. Support data annotation and data quality assurance processes. Test applications and report bugs or technical issues. Assist with backend configurations and system setup under supervision. Document technical processes, updates, and project activities. Work with developers and project teams to resolve technical tasks. Perform research and troubleshooting to support ongoing projects. Participate actively in technical training sessions and practical assignments. Maintain confidentiality of company systems, client information, and project data.

Requirements:

A minimum of 1 year of experience A minimum of a degree in a related field
