Electrical Engineer

Attend handover meetings of all newly developed public areas to ensure compliance with designs and contract specifications

Coordinate scheduling of all routine maintenance works and ensure that all works and requisitions of materials are completed in a timely manner and support agreed on schedules

Supervise the maintenance scheduling of all different electrical works related to the public area

Supervise in coordination with the contractor staff training and orientation for the different systems

Develop (in coordination with Facility Management Company) the minimum required inventory list (of all necessary spare parts) to ensure smooth operation

Communicate with contractor in case of breakdowns in electrical operations

Produce periodic reports on status of all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repair works

Liaise and coordinate with other departments as needed.

Responsible for the implementation of the various types of maintenance for all electrical Work

Interprets company policies to workers and enforces safety regulations (Regarding ISO regulations).

Establishes and adjusts work procedures to meet maintenance schedules.

Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering

2 to 3 years of Experience in electrical infra structure & construction is a must
