Join Our Team as a Chef (2 Positions)
Brunch ApS is looking for 2 skilled and motivated Chefs to join our kitchen team in Valby. We are seeking passionate professionals who take pride in preparing high-quality food and delivering excellent dining experiences.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to recipes and company standards.
- Assist in planning and developing seasonal menus.
- Ensure food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in accordance with Danish food regulations.
- Prepare ingredients and manage daily kitchen operations.
- Monitor food quality and presentation.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimizing food waste.
- Cooperate closely with colleagues to ensure excellent service.
Qualifications
- Experience working as a Chef in a professional kitchen.
- Relevant culinary education is an advantage.
- Knowledge of international cuisine is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Responsible, reliable, and quality-conscious.
- Good communication skills in English. Danish is an advantage but not required.
