What You Bring
Precision and clinical expertise:
You perform high-quality nuclear medicine procedures in accordance with physician orders—administering radiopharmaceuticals, conducting imaging studies, and producing clear diagnostic images that clinicians depend on.
Diagnostic accuracy and quality control:
You evaluate images for technical quality, process and analyze data, and ensure imaging equipment is properly calibrated and functioning at all times.
Mastery of safety and compliance:
You follow all radiation safety protocols, apply ALARA principles, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and institutional regulations while maintaining a safe work environment.
Patient-centered care:
You guide patients through each procedure—providing clear explanations, monitoring their condition throughout the exam, and ensuring their safety, comfort, and confidence at every step.
Workflow ownership and organization:
You manage documentation, maintain accurate patient records, monitor inventory of radiopharmaceuticals and supplies, and ensure all materials are ready for efficient daily operations.
Collaboration and teamwork:
You work closely with radiologists, physicians, and clinical teams to support accurate diagnoses and optimal patient outcomes.
Mentorship and professionalism:
You support student technologists during clinical rotations—providing hands-on training and reinforcing best practices in patient care, safety, and technical performance.

You’re a Strong Fit if You Have
High school diploma or equivalent required
Completion of an accredited Nuclear Medicine or Radiologic Technology program
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology preferred
Minimum 2 years of clinical nuclear medicine or radiology experience
Current certification: NMTCB, ARRT (N), or ASCP
State licensure as required [
Current BLS / CPR certification
Strong knowledge of nuclear medicine procedures, imaging equipment, and safety protocols
Proficiency in image processing, quality control, and documentation standards
Excellent communication and patient care skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision
Commitment to patient safety, regulatory compliance, and continuous learning

Salary Information
The base salary range for this role’s listed level is currently for residents of the United States only. This range is intended to reflect the role's base salary rate in locations throughout the US. Grade level and salary ranges are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, equity with other team members, alignment with market data, and geographic location. The base salary range does not include any bonuses, equity, or benefits.
North California: $64.00 - $79.00
South California: $58.00 - $72.00
For locations not listed above, compensation will be discussed with candidates during the interview process.
