Instructor / Teacher

Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons/tutorials in line with the curriculum and learning objectives. Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment. Identify learners that require additional support and provide appropriate assistance. Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and administrators to enhance pupils'/students' learning outcomes. Participate in the company's staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities. Ensure classroom discipline and uphold the company's policies and standards. Assess, monitor, and evaluate pupils'/students' progress and provide constructive feedback. Develop and implement effective teaching strategies provided by the company to accommodate different learning styles. Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and learners' performance. Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and active participation among the learners. Support extracurricular activities and contribute significantly to the overall development of learners.

Requirements:

A minimum of an SSCE. Ability to learn fast Proven teaching or instructional experience is an added advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong classroom management abilities Passion for teaching and student development Ability to motivate and inspire learners. Good organizational and time-management skills. Ability to adapt to educational technology and digital learning tools. Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
