Your responsibilities will include:

About You

We are looking for an experienced HR professional who enjoys leading from the front, improving processes and building strong working relationships across an organisation.

You will ideally have:

  • Substantial generalist HR experience, including managing complex employee relations cases.
  • Experience leading, coordinating or developing an HR, People or Recruitment team.
  • A strong understanding of UK employment law and current HR best practice.
  • Experience improving recruitment, onboarding and wider HR processes.
  • The confidence to advise, coach and constructively challenge managers at all levels.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver longer-term improvements.
  • Experience using HR data and reporting to identify trends and inform decisions.
  • CIPD Level 5 or above, or equivalent professional knowledge and experience.

Experience within adult social care, healthcare, supported housing, the charity sector or another regulated, multi-site environment would be advantageous. Knowledge of safer recruitment, DBS requirements and CQC workforce expectations would also be beneficial.

You will be approachable, resilient and highly organised, with the ability to bring people together, influence positive change and balance the needs of the organisation with the employee experience.
