Primary Responsibility : Manage structural construction activities and project coordination. Job Scope:
- Coordinate structural works from foundation to TOP.
- Review structural drawings and method statements.
- Monitor construction progress and resource utilization.
- Coordinate with consultants and authorities.
- Prepare technical submissions and reports.
- Track RFIs, NCRs, and corrective actions.
- Manage subcontractors' performance.
- Ensure compliance with design specifications and quality requirements.
- Support project planning and scheduling activities.
Requirements: • Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering or a related discipline. • Relevant experience in HDB construction projects. Other information: • 6 days • This position will be based/located at construction site.
