Packaging Design Engineer

• Design and develop packaging solutions for products, including plastic, cartons, trays, and foam.

ออกแบบและพัฒนาบรรจุภัณฑ์สำหรับผลิตภัณฑ์ เช่น พลาสติก กล่องกระดาษ ถาดรอง และโฟมกันกระแทก

• Create 2D/3D packaging drawings using CAD software.

จัดทำแบบบรรจุภัณฑ์ 2D/3D โดยใช้โปรแกรม CAD

• Optimize packaging designs to reduce costs, improve space utilization, and minimize product damage.

ปรับปรุงการออกแบบบรรจุภัณฑ์เพื่อลดต้นทุน เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการใช้พื้นที่ และลดความเสียหายของผลิตภัณฑ์

• Ensure packaging meets customer requirements, product protection needs, and logistics standards.

ควบคุมการออกแบบบรรจุภัณฑ์ให้สอดคล้องกับข้อกำหนดของลูกค้า การป้องกันผลิตภัณฑ์ และมาตรฐานการขนส่ง

• Conduct packaging validation and testing, including drop tests, vibration tests, and transportation simulations.

ดำเนินการทดสอบและตรวจสอบความเหมาะสมของบรรจุภัณฑ์ เช่น การทดสอบการตกกระแทก การสั่นสะเทือน และการจำลองการขนส่ง

• Support new product development, quotation preparation, and packaging improvement projects.

สนับสนุนโครงการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ การจัดทำข้อมูลเสนอราคา และโครงการปรับปรุงบรรจุภัณฑ์

• Coordinate with suppliers on packaging materials, specifications, and improvement activities.

ประสานงานกับผู้ผลิตและผู้จำหน่ายบรรจุภัณฑ์เกี่ยวกับวัสดุ ข้อกำหนด และการปรับปรุงคุณภาพ

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
2. At least 3 years of relevant experience in packaging design or related engineering work.
3. Ability to create 2D/3D drawings using CAD software.
4. Knowledge of ISTA packaging testing standards.
5. Working Mon - Fri ( 07.30 - 17.30 )
