Mission

• Durchführung und Bewertung von Logistikausschreibungen (Tender Management)

• Erstellung, Verhandlung und Management von Logistikverträgen mit Lieferanten

• Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von SAP Shipping Tools

• Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung aller Supply-Chain-relevanten Tools

• Erstellung von Marktanalysen sowie Analysen weltweiter Preisentwicklungen im Transport- und Logistikbereich

• Ausarbeitung von Logistikkonzepten für internationale Ausschreibungen und Projekte

• Organisation und Moderation von Logistikmeetings

• Analyse, Monitoring und Reporting logistische Kennzahlen (KPIs)

• Organisation und Durchführung logistischer Trainings und Schulungen

• Betreuung und Unterstützung verschiedener interner Abteilungen bei logistikrelevanten Fragestellungen

• Mitarbeit an globalen Optimierungs- und Digitalisierungsprojekten im Bereich Logistik und Supply Chain Management

Profil

• Tiefes Verständnis logistischer Prozesse und internationaler Transportketten

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Logistik, Transportmanagement oder Supply Chain Management von Vorteil

• Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft 365-Anwendungen

• SAP-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil

• Hohes analytisches Denkvermögen und Zahlenverständnis

• Kommunikationsstärke sowie sicheres Auftreten im internationalen Umfeld

• Gute Präsentations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten

• Eigenständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

• Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

• Reisebereitschaft (ca. 10 %)
