Team Executive

What You'll Do:

• Source and identify talent through Job portals, events, and referrals
• Promote career opportunities and build a strong candidate pipeline
• Coordinate interviews, support onboarding, and track recruitment progress
• Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and logistics
• Organise events, transport, vendor coordination, and photoshoots
• Track tasks, deadlines, documents, expenses, and databases
• Support the Director with daily administrative and operational needs
• Run social media platforms and engage with our online community
• Create content for social media, email campaigns, and website
• Plan and execute creative campaigns to build brand awareness

You're a great fit if you:

• Hold a minimum Diploma in any discipline
• Are passionate about events, content, and connecting with people
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva, and social media tools
• Strong communicator who's comfortable with outreach and teamwork
• Experience in recruitment, sales, or customer-facing roles is a bonus
